Good to be back!
Ok, well I have stuck to some things and some things I have not. I have not been on the atkins but I have been trying to make healthier choices. I’m back to starting my program on monday. I’ve gained a pound. I went to the dr. friday and gained one pound. I was relieved with the family reunion going on and no internet I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t a couple more than that. I am trying to catch up on everyone’s blog and get myself together to get back on track. I want to thank everyone again for checking in on me while I was gone. I am going to read everyone’s blog to get alot of motivation. I have to get back on track to keep losing this weight.

my first mistake was I bought a fresh pineapple and ate the whole thing during a 3 hour meeting.
Then on the way home the person who was riding shot gun started eating crackers (knowing I couldn’t have ‘em)
then I went to Sam’s to buy crablegs and jumbo shrimp (allowed) but I went and bought something that rhymes with izza!
Then yes it’s more, oh yeah before the more part I ate 3 fried chicken wings and a biscuit. Then I ate an ice cream from the ice cream truck, and bought a hersey w/almond bar. Please don’t dump me as your buddy.
I don’t know what happened.
I should have had something for me to eat that was allowed. I had to go back to work unexpectedly but I did do a 20 minute walk. I’m going to do my tape also. I have no motivational speech to give or no pep talk for myself except for I have to stop this now! Good night everyone and I’ll be checking back in to see what you have to say…………..I did my tape, i lasted longer than the last time. rn
