I don’t know how  I am feeling right now.  I guess I am having a low moment after giving in to a temptation I should have passed. I just ate a whole bag of  .99 cent original lays.  I really wanted a bag of salt and vinegar but it was over three times the amount of salt.(lol) I guess I was trying to make a good choice.LOL  Although they are now with no trans fat It was a poor choice.  I know I have to move on and I will but after reading Jhonica’s blog I really feel worse.  I have to realize I control my own results.

TURKEY MEAT?

Ok, well I thought I better post my blog right now because I haven’t had any energy to come down in my basement to do my blogs.  By the time I read everyone elses I am just beat!  My eating has been ok except yesterday we had customer appreciation day and I ate three donuts.  I have been trying to counteract it with drinking atleast 120 ozs of water a day.  Well, here goes what I ate today

D- chicken from a really healthy place called Ya Y a’s ( grilled), 15 grapes.

I didn’t have any veggies I planned on cooking today but our power was out for 5 hours and of course by the time I got home with the take out it was back on.  Oh, and I bought turkey meat for the first time!  I don’t know what to do with it but I am going to do some experimenting. Dawn, that’s what I should post, I never thought I would stop buying red meat and use turkey meat!  Maybe I am getting a hold of eating healthy.  That makes me smile.  Remember, ” what you do today will inspire someone tomorrow.”
