ANOTHER ONE UNDER MY BELT!
I have another day of exercise under my belt!
This is such an accomplishment for me. I lasted 18 minutes. It was less than when I started 3 days ago but I am burning! I couldn’t go any further. I am so proud of myself.

I ate such a large lunch because I felt like I wanted some fast food. So I thought I would get full off of something I could have.
