BUSY DAY!

I had a very busy day.  I had to present my Quarterly Business Review today in front of 10 other managers.  I must say I was the best!  I didn’t have a chance to eat anything for breakfast.  I was up and 6:00 this morning praying. I have a prayer partner so we have commited ourselves to pray everymorning at 6am.  So needless to say I went back to sleep and was running late this morning for the meeting.  I made it 3 minutes early.  I forgot to take lunch money also.  But I had a plan B ready!  I walked down the plaza and bought food that was on plan.(i wrote a check)  Everyone else went out to eat but I passed.  I knew I would not be able to control myself because I had not eaten.

I haven’t had any water. BAD!  I’m off to drink atleast a 32oz bottle.  I’m off to do my tape.

SODIUM FEST!

Hello all!  Today has been a disaster at my own hands.  Well, let me start with yesterday because I didn’t blog.  I had my monthly visit with my BOSS!  It was a great visit but all day long.  I only had a yogurt and an apple all day until 8:00 pm.  Well, I had to pick up my kids and they were hungry. I decided we would go inside and eat at Mcdonalds.  They just remodeled it, very chic. Well I order the # 1!  We all know what the # 1 is!LOL  Well, so today I ate four hotdogs.  Count them 1234.  And some chips. What is up?!  I have to detox!  If you’ve read my last couple of blogs I have been slipping.  So I have my lunch and dinner in the oven chicken breast.  I haven’t had but maybe 32 ozs of water and I had a whole 20oz diet cherry coke.UGHH!! Ok, Well tomorrow is a new day.  Marilyn I promise I am sticking to our challenge.  I must apologize for not even putting forth effort and I want to thank you for helping me through this and challenging me!  Well, that’s all folks.  I just ate my fourth hot dog and now my high is wearing down.  Here comes all the guilt!  I can understand a drug addict.  All they can think about is that fix and then down hill after that! Oh and must I add I read someones blog about sabtoagers, I am my own sabotager.

ANOTHER ONE UNDER MY BELT!

I have another day of exercise under my belt!  This is such an accomplishment for me.  I lasted 18 minutes.  It was less than when I started 3 days ago but I am burning!  I couldn’t go any further.  I am so proud of myself.

Today was a pretty good day!  I slept in  until 2:00 pm.  Yes, it felt good.  I came home after going into the office for an hour and zonked out!  I am off to do my tape.

Ok, Ladies and gents, I am so Excited!  I finally exercised for the first time in I don’t know how long!  I am so stoked!  I must give credit where credit is due.  Thanks NIKKI!  No matter what she came up against she always, always managed to exercise.  And to top it off I did 26 minutes of the exercise tape When I first started the tape when I first joined buddy slim in May I could only do 5 minutes! I started to get a cramp in my arm but I prayed over it and kept right on going.  Thank God!  I firmly believe in the power of prayer!  So, I won’t go on and on but I am really happy.  Maybe I can have a good weigh in tomorrow.  Wish me luck! BETTER DAY!

Ok, today was much better.  I feel so much better than yesterday.  I had a good day at work I guess.  I work with people and it seems that people are so much more hostile.  I don’t have to go to work until 3pm tomorrow so hopefully I get some things done.  I ate rather well today. I am always good during the week but when the weekend comes I can’t control myself.  I am always playing catch up!

Not a good day!

I was having a good day until tonight.  I am having some personal issues with my husband and I don’t know what to do.  I will have to do some serious praying and ask God to help me with this.  I am so confused and really,  I guess I feel helpless.  Well anyway, I ate really good today.  I have no energy to exercise or anything else. That’s one of my problems with DH.  I don’t have any energy for anything!  Oh, and here comes my mother with some kfc at 10:30 at night.  How unfair is that?  I am already over emotional and here she comes with that food smelling good.  I want to put her out but I know I’m just a little fustrated. I am a little pissed off.  She knows I can’t eat that why would she do that.  I asked her what did she have, I could already smell it and she said well, you don’t have to look at it.  How RUDE!  She’s the sweetest and she really wants me to succeed, but she comes over here everynight at this time. This is my time to have a little peace and quiet ok, ok, I can go on and on but I won’t .

For the first time I had a gala apple (sample) at Sam’s and I love them.  I bought a whole bag and I look forward to eating them.

MM MM GOOD!

Ok, so I finally made the turkey chili.  Boy was it good!  I invited my dad over for dinner and he was very satisfied.  Of course I had two bowls but boy was it good.  I weighed in today I don’t know if I loss I am going to check in after this blog. So thanks everyone for the tips on the turkey.

NEW SCALE

Well, yesterday I bought me a new scale.  I didn’t eat on plan yesterday.  I Took my son and 3 other  kids to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate his birthday.  I only ate 2 small slice of pizza.  I did have regular pop though, Don’t congratulate me for dinner I had KFC.  I’m not worried though.  I ate all fast food yesterday but it was all within my food plan.  Today was a different story. So I shouldn’t show a gain.  I picked up my son’s cake and was very disappointed with how it turned out!  But, we had a very good day.  We took my dad some cake and he said it was like having Christmas.  My dad is very eccentric (?). I invited him over for dinner.  I’m going to cook chili with that turkey meat I bought. So, last night after we got home we decided to take my son to buy more fish for his b-day and while we were at the store I bought myself the cutest breast cancer awareness scale.  It measures weight, height, and water weigt.  How cool is that?!  Ok, well I’m off to church.  I will blog later on tonight and let you all know how the turkey chili turned out.

FRIDAY

Today was no different from any other Friday.  I had a busy day at work.  I was up early so I came home for an extended lunch and took a nap.  My son B-day was yesterday so I went to order his cake for his party on saturday.
