Fell off the wagon
I don’t know if you noticed that I haven’t blogged, well that’s because I really went on a eating frenzy. I am back on track today but my goodness I gained 6 pounds over the weekend. Is that possible. Well, I went to lawl and got on the scale and it showed a 6 pound gain! Wow! I was so embarassed I didn’t know what to do. I wasn’t suppose to go until tomorrow but I wanted to go as soon as possible. I knew that I would be ashamed. How can a human being gain 6 lbs in 3 days??? You don’t have to answer that. I know, I did it! LOL! I know it’s not funny but I have to laugh somehow. Well, here’s what I ate today

B- yogurt, 4 strawberries

L- michellenas lite entree pepper steak and rice

D- salad- 3 cups of lettuce, bell pepper, 1/2 cuke, 30 grapes sliced and 4 cherry tomatos and sunflower seeds

S- slice of fat free wheat bread with a teasp of peanut butter

I ate so many grapes on my salad because I needed to get in my servings of fruits for the day. I hope I did good.

Good job getting back on the wagon tanae.. Sometimes scales lie though.. 6lbs seems impossible to gain in a weekend in my opinion.. You know you have to eat around 3500 extra calories to gain a pound.. That seems alot..

Girl…don’t get me started….you know it’s downright impossible to gain 6 lbs. in 3 days….you are obviously retaining a lot of water from high sodium foods, which I know, if you have been eating out and if you were eating pre-packaged food, you were obviously consuming more sodium than you needed to.
I can easily gain 10lbs over a weekend if do the things I used to do, so that part is easy.
The good news is those rapid weight gains also come off very quickly.
