HUNGRY ALL DAY LONG!

Hello all! Well, today was difficult.  I was hungry all day long!  I just ate a good size salad and guess what I have a hungry feeling in my stomach. Aunt Flo is here and I’m guessing that has a lot to do with it.  I am not craving anything but I am just feeling hungry.  I don’t know what to do.  I have my weighin on thurs and I want to drop some pounds since I protested getting their protein bars.(LAWL)  I don’t want them to be able to say that’s the reason I didn’t lose the weight.  I hope I don’t retain too much water.  Well, here goes my food journaling, and I didn’t get any exercise in I worked from 9-9 by myself, all day with no break!  I guess I was in a little pity party for second but here goes:

B-yougurt, 2 slices of fat free whole wheat bread w.tbsp of peanut b

S-nectarine

L- michellena (lean menu)

S-LA lite, 6 baby carrots

D-large chicken salad w/ cucumber and red onion

S-15 grapes

2nd dinner-medium chicken salad w/ grapes, walnuts,pecans

64 ounces of water

And I don’t know what else I’m going to eat but I am hungry. !

    Do you have any High fiber cereal (sugarless) Mix yogurt(fat free with
    fruit) & Fiber 1 cereal for a good evening snack. I mix 1/2 c of
    each. Oh just come on over and I will mix you up a bowl! We can have a pity party together

    Something my doctor recommended for those hunger pangs is taking an antacid since many times they are caused by excess acid. Sounds like a commercial huh?Seriously it does help. I usually take a liquid antacid, it seems to coat better than the tablets but either one will help.

    I like all those suggestions, but I’ve mentioned this before on other people blogs.
    And mind you this is only my experience, but I think we need to learn how to be hungry and to be OK with it when we first start losing weight.

    I remember when I first started getting serious about losing weight…OMG!!! I’d be SO HUNGRY!!! Even after I’d eaten…I didn’t know how I’d make it through…I was cranky and irritable with everyone…lol…But, once I started doing L.C. I never get hungry anymore…Not until it’s late at night…Then I just go to bed instead of staying up…Have you tried just eating on small pieces of crushed ice?…That use to help me..B/c I’d be chewing the ice plus the water made me feel full….And, I agree with Jo…I know If I had to work 12 hrs…Coming on line would be the last thing on my mind!…So, thank you for thinking of us and coming on to comment on our blogs!!!
