FOOD

Food, all I thought about today was food.  I didn’t get all of my food in again.  I am having the hardest time fitting in all of my food for the day.  I didn’t have time to cook.  I ate too much fast food today.  I would’ve rather had a fresh salad for lunch.  My work schedule is horrible so I went ahead and got then next best thing before I made really bad decisions. I’m still working on my water not even 32 ozs yet.  I have alot of drinking to do so I guess I better get started I hear my kids goin’ at it upstairs so I better go.  Check back in later.

    Don’t
    get discouraged! When I go to Wendy’s I can never have that much
    control! Also, I used to have a hard time getting all my water in too.
    Try finding a bottle that holds all the water you need for the day. I
    have a bottle that holds 74oz, and I drink that, and more everyday (at
    least when I work).

    You made some smart choices though with limiting your fast food intake to healthier choices with the chili and the subway sandwich. But one small chili for lunch

    Baby steps my dear….if you can accomplish one or two things on your plan today, like your water and your exercise, that would be better than you had been doing in the past….so don’t be discouraged! You will do this…I know you will….I am not giving up on you and I sure as hell…(excuse my French) are not letting you give up on you either!

    You went to Wendy’s and only had a small chili??? Wow!!! That’s impressive...B/c Wendy’s have the tripple cheese

    Next time @ Wendy’s have the chilli & a salad with it. Thats my
    favorite! I wish I was your neighbour I would cook for you! Maybe check
    out the store and buy bags of salad, and I have seen cooked baged
    chicken in the frozen section. You could grab a handful of the chicken
    and a bowl of salad and a whole wheat pita . Take it to work and make a
    pita sandwich for lunch.

    Hey Tanae I think you mad some smart choices despite going to the fast food places. That’s exactly what I need to keep in mind.
