Dinner Disaster
Ok, guys I tried to cook some cabbage (sauteed) with some leftover chicken. It was not good. I couldn’t eat my whole 8 ozs of chicken. I bought more seasonings which should make it easier seasoning my food so that it’s easy on my pallet. I am going to start journaling my food daily with my blog as one of my goals. I am going to do my exercise tape daily and walk atleast 3 time a week. I really have to make sure that I am eating enough to burn fat. This will be something I am going to work really hard at this week.
rn
B- lite- yougurt
rn
SNACK- apple
rn
LUNCH- asian chicken salad (mcdonalds)
rn
SNACK- la lite (from LA weight loss)
rn
DINNER- 1 1/2 cups of cabbage; 6 oz chicken breast baked (should have had a starch)
rn
SNACK- 2 cups of watermelon
rn
84 ozs of water
Between the 84 oz of water and the watermelon at the end of the day, you’re going to have a busy nite
.
The next time you’re going to cook cabbage, boil it first until it softens. Then sautee it with some onion ( if you like it ) , celery seed, and garlic. I love it, I’m going to make some myself today.
Journaling everything is a great idea, and as for the cabbage I agree with Erika…try boiling it first..thats what I do.
Yeah, just make sure to find things you like to eat.
It may take a while, but it’s worth the effort.
GOOD FOR YOU FOR TRYING AGAIN!!!
Journaling really does help a lot!!!
So was the chicken bad because you’re like me and not a cook?
