so, so, busy
I have been so busy lately. But here goes. Jo asked me last week to atleast committ to her losing one pound this week. I told her I would commit to losing two. Well, I must tell you I LOST 3 POUNDS!!!!!! I had been so worried that I didn’t know what to do. I just kept focused dropped the atkins for a while and did portion control. I don’t know what I’ll be doing from day to day but I have to try to stay focused any way possible. Thanks to all of you putting up with me. I am having computer problems so I hope I can post this. Thanks again!

Yeah 3 lbs is awesome.
In the long run, portion control is easier & more realistic.
(Though I occassionally switch to Atkins/or the Zone for a week at a time when I’ve plateaued)
Way to go!!!! 3 lbs. Tanae you are right back in it! I use a
combination of portion control, calories & healthy carbs (no white
stuff) i find it flexable and easy to follow. But like Dan said he goes
no carb once and a while to kick start things. What ever you do do what
works for you long term. It is a long journey we are on and we have to
find the right map to get us there. But if you get lost… Buddy Slim
will be your map & GPS!
