ALL ABOARD!

I’m back on track! I took my lunch  salad.  Dinner was grilled hamburgers and I ate a choc pudding (sugar free) which was the majority of my carbs for the day.  I feel hungry but I’m going to drink some crystal light.

I went grocery shopping.  I bought low carb shakes.  I have to have allowable food at hand or else that little ugly monster comes out.  I didn’t walk today too tired.  I bet it’s from carb overload.  Thanks everyone for the tough love.  I guess were like recovering addicts we can’t comfort each other in our slothful mess.

Well for everyone who’s going to watch American Idol it was the best finale ever.  Good night and I’ll be checking in on everyone to see how your day went I still have to do my tape.

    Good job at getting back on track. I need to do that now after blowing it for 2 days. Have you tried the low carb shakes before? I think the Atkins ones are the best but the are some others that are pretty good too. You’ve lost 14 pounds and I know you can lose the rest of the weight you want to lose. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Tanae…I just read your blog from the other day when you went down the “Oily Slope”..lol..and girl, it’s ok…We all fall but, the important thing is you got back up….You’re going to have set backs…times when you don’t feel like working out…The important thing is that you don’t give up on yourself…So, what you had “ONE” eat day…Girl, in the past I’ve had a whole eat “WEEEK…And, I bounced back…and you will too!!! Keep your head up and Never Give Up On Yourself!
